Extended Commercial License
You can:
- Use the image for any purpose (unless expressly prohibited below) without time or circulation limitations.
- Make any derivative version.
- Sell products (of any type) with the image or its derivative printed/embedded on them.
You can’t:
- Re-distribute or Re-sell the image or its derivatives.
- Transfer or sell the image to 3rd party, including content partners.
- Use the image or its derivative in a degraded manner, for antisemitism, anti-Israeli, pro-violence, hateful, abusive, age-restricted, or illegal content.
- Claim ownership over the image, or intentionally let others believe so.
- Use it for religious use of any type.
You may:
- If needed, publish without credit the creator near the image, preferably right under the image, in any publication: Nehemia Gershuni-Aylho, www.NGPhoto.biz
You will:
- Compensate the creator and/or NGPhoto.biz for any financial or other damage caused as a result of your actions.
The license is subject to the laws of the State of Israel and any dispute shall be settled in an Israeli court only.
Commercial License
You can:
- Print a single copy for your business (poster, framed photo)
- Use it on a commercial website, business presentation, or social media post on 5 pages/publications over the 12 months since the purchase was made.
- Make moderate derivative version – i.e. crop part of the image, correct colors, etc.
You can’t:
- Re-distribute or Re-sell the image or its derivatives.
- Use the image in commercial ads, flyers, brochures, banners, etc.
- Use the image for video/TV/Cinematic/Games content.
- Sell products (of any type) with the image printed/embedded on them.
- Transfer or sell the image to 3rd party, including content partners.
- Use the image or its derivative in a degraded manner, for antisemitism, anti-Israeli, pro-violence, hateful, abusive, age-restricted, or illegal content.

- Make moderate derivative version – i.e. crop part of the image, correct colors, etc.
You can’t:
- Print it for framing, hanging on walls, etc.
- Re-distribute or Re-sell the image or its derivatives.
- Sell products (of any type) with the image.
- Transfer or sell the image to 3rd party, including content partners.
- Use the image or its derivative in a degraded manner, for antisemitism, pro-violence, hateful, abusive, age-restricted, or illegal content.
- Claim ownership over the image, or intentionally let others believe so.
- Use it in any institution which holds or promotes anti-Israeli views, BDS, academic boycott over Israel, etc.
- Use it for religious use of any type.
